so strange that the one who saved you is the one you still blame
so along with Joseph Arthur and Jimmy Gnecco, there's also a couple of Stage shows sometime next week, this is 3rd Stage this summer, pretty good. I like it when bands I like live near here. Wish JA still lives here. ::SIGH::
I got my new camera on Sunday, it's a Mintola SLR digital, it's got Manual function with 10x optical zoom. I almost got a tradition 35mm SLR but I didn't, I kind of wish I did though since I'm going back to school soon and I can use their dark room for free but I figuer I wouldn't have the time. I can't wait to take it to a show! Till then I still need to figuer out how to get the flash to work.
Right after I got my camera, a man came up to me and started talking about these programs that he wants me to join. I'm still not sure exactly what it is, but he insisted on showing me pictures. It's some sort of church based programs where they go to places in the city and offer programs for homeless kids and such. I don't know why he thinks I would be insterested, it's just strange, he kept talking to me like I need this programs, like i have no where to go, and no friends. I told lindsay this and she's like "this happen to you a lot!" and i'm like "I KNOW!' why do weird strangers like to come up to me like I need help or could be insterested at all . Do I look desparate? He even told me he saw me across the street and just knew that he HAD to talk to me. Now he wants me to meet the "group" at bryant park, and silly me I couldn't say no to him. I didn't realize how much i didn't want to go till after I got home. How did I get myself into this?
oh on the side note I saw a pretty chicken strolling down my block today. where's the camera when you need one?
